The Starfish Beach House in Surfside Beach, Texas on the upper Texas Gulf Coast just 20 minutes down the beach from Galveston, is not the usual Beach Vacation Rental. Come and enjoy our 1,770 square feet of well thought out, nicely arranged floor space, complete with big screen TV with surround sound on a satellite dish. Cooking is actually fun in the gormet kitchen with all stainless appliances, and luxurious granite countertops, complete with pots, pans, utensils, and about anything you can think of for any meal preparation.
Like to fish? Many fish have been caught right out in our "front yard", the Gulf of Mexico. Redfish, Specks, Flounder, and Croaker to name a few. Bring your tackle and try your luck. |

There’s even a Belgian waffle maker, perfect to prepare healthy breakfasts before a day at the Beach, and a big boiling pot for the Shrimp or Crab boil that is always a feast to remember. |

Master Bedroom
The master bedroom is a private retreat for the couple of the house. This bedroom features a private entrance from the deck, king-size bed, private bath with large Garden tub, and great Beach views. A Glass Brick window bathes the bathoom in natural light by day, reflects the ambiance of candlelite by night, yet is private. Beautiful comforters, wrought iron furniture, a ceiling fan, and a TV with DVD player complete this room. |
Laundry Room
A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the Utility room at the end of the hall. Bring your favorite laundry detergent, and cleaning products. |
Outdoor Living Areas
This Beach House features a high deck completely circling the house, with a large area on the front facing the ocean. The Hot Tub is up front on the deck so that you can relax in the warm water while taking in the magnificent 180 degree view of the Gulf of Mexico. Chairs are provided for relaxing while having coffee, visiting with friends and relatives, and taking in the breathtaking view. |
Parking
There is plenty of covered space for four cars to park under the house, and parking is available in the driveway for four more. Also space for one boat at the back of the house. |
